晩げのおかず

みけこはよく、よその家は晩げのおかずに何を作っとるかしゃんって思うんだわね
そこで、うちの晩げのおかずです
朝飯と晩飯の予算は月に4人で4万円、先ず安いもんを買ってから献立をたてるんだわ
当然、おつとめ品、見切り品は大好きだわさ
肉のおかずの日、魚のおかずの日、かわりばんこにしたいと思うがね
晩げのまわしをするのは苦んならんけど、毎日献立を勘考するのが大変だわね

「ヒレかつ、もちろん味噌で！」　　～晩げのおかず～

　1、ヒレかつ（トマト、キャベツ、青紫蘇）
　2、ピーマンとソーセージ炒め
　3、ズッキーニのおひたし（鰹節）
　4、ナスの素揚げ（甘味噌で）
　5、練乳大学芋
　6、味噌汁（ナス、揚げ、豆腐）

　豚ヒレなんて滅多に買わんけど半額だったがね。
ほんでも豚モモより高いんだもんなぁ～
