晩げのおかず

みけこはよく、よその家は晩げのおかずに何を作っとるかしゃんって思うんだわね
そこで、うちの晩げのおかずです
朝飯と晩飯の予算は月に4人で4万円、先ず安いもんを買ってから献立をたてるんだわ
当然、おつとめ品、見切り品は大好きだわさ
肉のおかずの日、魚のおかずの日、かわりばんこにしたいと思うがね
晩げのまわしをするのは苦んならんけど、毎日献立を勘考するのが大変だわね

「どて煮」　　～晩げのおかず～

1、どて煮
2、豆腐ステーキ
3、さやえんどうの煮びたし
4、ほうれん草とソーセージの炒め物
5、味噌汁（わかめ、キャベツ、揚げ）

まあはい愛知産のさやえんどうが出とった。
やっぱ今年は早いよねぇ。

この豆腐、ナフコで売っとる「昔とうふ」いうやつなんだわね。旨いし硬いもんで水切りは楽なんだて。パックの底に包丁で穴を開けておくだけですむの。なんかもったいないでレンジにまわしたことないよ。

豆腐ステーキってしっかり水切りしんと上手い事焼けんでしょ。
みけこちゃんはどうやって水切っとる？
私はパーパータオルで一回くるんでその上から新聞紙でくるむんだけど。
